Mr. DeFelice is an experienced General Counsel with a wealth of experience in a range of areas, including technology, business management and corporate governance. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, with Savvis, Inc., a publicly traded global leader in cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions for enterprises.  Prior to Savvis, he was General Counsel for Spacelabs Medical, Inc., and held various legal, as well as sales and marketing executive positions, with Hoffmann-La Roche in the United States and at their headquarters in Switzerland.

Mr. DeFelice graduated from Rutgers University, received his doctorate of Law degree from Seton Hall University and a master's of Business Administration with distinction from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland.  Mr. DeFelice is also a member of the Board of Directors of the United States Committee on Refugees and Immigrants, which is a not-for-profit agency whose mission is to assist refugees and immigrants.
