Amy Fitzgerald

Amy Fitzgerald is the Vice President of Stores at Barnes & Noble supporting store teams, overseeing key initiatives, including new store openings, the Café business, Store Operations, and Labor.

Amy began her career with Barnes & Noble in 1996 as a Store Manager and advanced through roles as Field Training Manager and District Manager. She transitioned to Store Operations in 2016, promoted to Director of Store Operations in 2019, and assumed her current position as Vice President of Stores in 2021. Her responsibilities include leading the restructuring of store operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving new store expansion.

Before joining Barnes & Noble, Amy held positions as Store Manager and District Manager at Musicland. She is a graduate of Boston University.
