Rowling’s Harry Potter series, at Barnes & Noble.com (www.bn.com) up until 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Monday, July 16th, with its “Fast & Free” delivery service and receive it on Saturday, July 21st, the book’s publication date.
After July 16th, customers can still pre-order the book using Expedited Air Service to receive their copy the quickest way possible. Customers shipping to a Manhattan address in New York City can order as late as 11 a.m. (ET) on Friday, July 20th, to receive the book on Saturday, July 21st. Barnes & Noble has received a record-breaking number of more than 1.2 million pre-orders for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the largest number of pre-orders for any book in its history. Stores will remain open late and sell Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows at the stroke of midnight, when it officially goes on sale.
